As our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally do not offer refunds. We will, however, consider refund requests made within 14 days of purchase if our products have a significant issue that we are unable to resolve.

Please note that we may require proof that you have attempted to resolve the issue with our support team before we can issue a refund.
If you receive a refund, you agree to uninstall and stop using any products for which you no longer possess a valid license. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
